Paradise Holiday Home in the Lavender Fields
Welcome to this nature cottage in the middle of the Valensole Plateau. With two floors and a beautiful garden, this holiday home has stunning views over the lavender fields and is close to large lakes and tourist attractions.
The House
The cottage consists of a modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The cozy living room has a TV, sofa bed (2P), dining table and piano. On the first floor - accessible inside via a steeper staircase and outside via a wide staircase - is a bedroom with one double and one single bed and a new bathroom.
The Garden
Outside in the large garden you have access to garden furniture, gas BBQ and picnic table. Thanks to the huge chestnut tree, you can enjoy the cool shade behind the house even in summer. The garden also features a table tennis table, large trampoline, badminton net and various other outdoor games.
The Area
The cottage is located near the famous Gorges du Verdon and Lake St Croix where you can go rafting, sailing, canoeing or swimming. The medieval village of Moustiers-Ste-Marie and the beautiful Luberon are well worth a visit.
Off-Grid & Sustainable
PLEASE NOTE: This holiday home is completely off-grid: instead of being connected to the electricity grid, it is powered by solar panels. Thanks to the favorable sun exposure, there is ample capacity for the entire house, but you will receive additional information to ensure you always have enough power (including for the dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner and hot water). A home battery system ensures there is also power at night.
